North Shore, Kaua'i
Born and raised on the North Shore of Kaua‘i, Kai grew up on residential construction sites, gaining an early appreciation for how land, design, and craftsmanship come together to create lasting spaces. He later graduated from the University of San Diego with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, a foundation that continues to inform his analytical approach to real estate and development.
Kai brings almost a decade of experience in commercial real estate development and brokerage across the West Coast, with a focus on Washington State’s commercial markets. He has guided clients through acquisitions, development, and investment opportunities that balance strong financial performance with long-term community value.
Now based on the Big Island, Kai combines his engineering background, market expertise, and local roots to help clients make thoughtful, informed real estate decisions that align with both vision and place.
Waimea, Hawai'i
Born and raised in Waimea on Hawai‘i Island, Hunter has built his career around a strong connection to place and a hands-on approach to development. After graduating from the University of San Diego, he was privileged to be part of the early team that brought Surf Ranch online, later stepping into the role of General Manager, where he oversaw operations and helped shape the project into a world-class facility.
After several years on the mainland, Hunter returned home to Hawai‘i to work on the Kona Village Resort remodel, overseeing construction and development across multiple aspects of the project. Since then, he’s managed a range of commercial, resort, and high-end residential projects across the Big Island, bringing together top-tier teams and keeping projects moving from concept to completion.
Hunter lives in Waimea with his wife, Dani, and their son, Asher. When he’s not on a job site, you’ll find him hunting birds behind his dog, surfing, fishing, or working on the family farm — staying close to the land and lifestyle that make Hawai‘i home.
